Enrichment in Sixth Form
Enrichment opportunities at Temple Moor continue into Key Stage 5, ensuring that all students—regardless of year group—benefit from our universal enrichment programme. KS5 students have the opportunity to engage in a wide range of enrichment activities offered each week, designed to complement their academic studies and support their personal development. We adapt these options in response to student feedback.
In addition, Sixth form students have the opportunity to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, a nationally recognised programme that builds confidence, resilience, and teamwork. As part of the award, students embark on an expedition to the Yorkshire Dales, where they navigate, camp and work together to complete their journey. This experience not only strengthens interpersonal and outdoor skills, but also contributes to a valuable qualification that stands out on university and job applications.
